      Transparency and fairness severely lacking

      Pros

      Highly successful company under previous management when employees were actually valued.

      Cons

      Hard work is often overlooked and undervalued. Transparency is one of the stated key values, but reality is far from it. No clear direction on performance or qualification for opportunity. In fact, don't be at all surprised if you're told one thing then immediately shown the other. Unfortunate, because it used to be such a great place to work.

      Management needs a rework. Wrong people put into the wrong positions creating a toxic environment full of power trips.

      Pros

      You come every night after shifts, and you can make your own schedule (usually not to hard to switch shifts), also great coworkers. Flight benefits and medical are great!

      Cons

      I honestly used to love working for thus company. Sadly the handling of covid-19 protocols were just disappointing. Flight attendants always seemed to be in the wrong no matter how they handled inflight mask mandates (enforcing too much or not enforcing enough). You can only take so much of being the bad guy on all fronts (passengers, management) for so long. Burn out became all to real which caused me to dread going to work. Also felt that upper management had lack of insight when it came to how inflight ran.
