Pros

Gain seniority relatively fast, due the ever revolving door of techs and management.

Cons

Poor management, micro managing supervisors and clueless leadership. Management has their favorites, if you're not one of them you walk around with a target on your back and no where to go. It's always your word against theirs. HR is useless.

Tough place to work

Pros

Our airline is mostly turn business. It is great to be home every night!

Cons

This company sorely lacks leadership. The flight attendant group is managed by punitive measures rather than working together. The approach is both disrespectful and unprofessional.

Pros

Some good people, but everyone is quitting

Cons

Continuously shrinking benefits to save cost....... Absolutely brutal work schedule Most advertised benefits (show tickets, etc.) amount to coupons and are no different than what the general public can get. Medical benefit is the worst I've ever had and passes on more cost to us every year. Used to pay for cell phones for on call staff, then they gave us a small stipend, then did away with it altogether. Now we pay for our own phones and are expected to use them for work. Flight benefits are a joke. You can only fly standby if they haven't booked the plane solid, and there is no guarantee. How do you plan a vacation around that? They will sell you a ticket at 20 percent off, but most of their advertised sale fares are cheaper than that, and available to any member of the general public, no need to be an employee.
