The company preaches that transparency is key, but many work groups, and a few key senior leaders don't practice transparency.
The company also appears to be at a crossroads right now with an unsure forward path. Many new non-airline related business ventures are coming out of the woodwork, and are reliant on the airline's revenue streams. This has definitely been cutting into salary growth, and bonus opportunities for almost all team members. The company has also set expectations that many departments and team members will now have to put a lot of time and effort to help establish these other business ventures while still maintaining the typical duties of our roles which has taken a toll on the work life balance of team members.
The main HQ campus in Las Vegas is not very lifestyle friendly either. The company doesn't provide any on-site fitness center, cafeteria, childcare services, and it is not pet-friendly.
