Pros
HR and other leaders are really good at trying to add positive reviews to hide how bad the company has become.
Cons
The company constantly “transforms” which means their is no stability and no strategies actually have a chance to be fully deployed. Upper management tells others to live the values of the company, but blatantly disregard them themselves. There are also “leaders” in positions they have no business to be in, because they do not have the correct skills in the subject area nor any skills to lead people. The cost cutting and headcount reductions throughout the company have been extreme to drive up the share price and earnings. This is not sustainable. Failures and poor service will occur because of this. There are many good workers that have left on their own after the cuts. The remaining employees are beyond swamped with work. Management thinks that outsourcing the work is the easy fix, but much of the compliance and institutional knowledge cannot be easily replaced. Some people at Alliant think all the negative reviews are being put in by just a few disgruntled employees. Wake up and look at how Glassdoor works. You are clearly incapable of seeing what is truly going on or flat out don’t care as long as you keep drawing a paycheck you don’t deserve.
