Pros

No pros are inherent in a culture of superiority and brilliance. A Corporate Class System that is the culture, philosophy and is the accepted shadow Organizational Model.

Cons

The culture and philosophy is ripe for micro-management, gas lighting, invalidation and minimization of existing employees or new hires that are not in the In-Group or does not personally know a key Executive in this In-Group.

Pros

Managers trust employees to do work, wfh is widely accepted, flex scheduling, good benefits, smart employees who know what they are doing"

Cons

Complete lack of organization and coordination of projects and schedules. Currently effort to integrate all of the healthcare products is pasted and taped together. Many people know what they are doing, but no one knows who knows what. Product requirements and acceptance criteria do not exist. Most employees are individualistic; there's not much of a team sense in the culture. 11 offices are being merged to 5. They are calling it a 'merge' and 'relocation', but we all know it's a fancy term for layoffs. They are losing business to competitors products.

Pros

No pros for this company

Cons

carrier development is very poor. No work but they will expect you to work. Lot of politics and hr department is very very poor. They talk all culture and talent factors nothing in reality. Management and managers are really bad and too much bosse model they follow. No open culture.
