Unfair employment practices

Pros

There is some flexibility Benefits Café Location

Cons

If your friend is your boss or a VP you WILL get a raise. You will get a promotion. You will love it here! If you work hard, have a great attitude, work many hours, team player, you WILL be passed up for promotions, raises, etc. I LOVED the people I worked with. But time and time again, they would say budget is tight, yet their 'friends' get hired at outrageous salaries and get increases...magic how money appears for the right people. Favoritism. I am not a bitter person, I liked my job... but it was clear there was no long term career path there.

Pros

Great company. A lot of activities happen each months. The holidays and pay day off are generous.

Cons

Merging and reorganization make the company a unique culture. Different team has very different standard and pace.
