If you want managers that play hot potato with e-mails then this is your kind of place. Management is concerned about one thing these days, bringing the next dollar in the door. They'll blow smoke and say they are listening to you but don't change anything. It's no wonder the real talented employees are leaving in droves.

Management is a bunch of liars. They are so far removed from what is truly going on. The worst HR leadership ever. The company culture is HORRIBLE .
