Pros

It's a job to get by while looking for better.

Cons

The management team is horrible! I will NEVER work for this company again and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I must say that my first manager was really kind and supportive but I was switched over to a new team and the manager that I was under used to change my password on my computer so I couldn't log in. I would go a full shift without being able to work sometimes because of this. The company used to pay us for our missed shifts if we had system issues that were internal but the manager all of a sudden told me that they do no pay for system issues anymore. This was weird to me because after I was told this, they paid the entire company when we all had a system issue. I was told to be careful with reporting this guy to his manager because he's her favorite. I found this to be true because his manager sided with him when I addressed my issues to her during a conference call with them. It was confirmed by a tech support representative that this is a known thing where the employees passwords would suddenly be changed by management causing us to miss work. The tech support guy literally said, "I don't know why they be doing this to y'all." The pay wasn't great at all and most of us did not have a voice on anything.

Cons

The pay is terrible for the amount of work they want you to do. The benefits are a joke. This company have a point system. You are even pointed if you are sick and have a doctors note. The technical issues are overwhelming due to it being tech issues everyday and all day which keeps your from doing your job. This company is so disorganized it is ridiculously. They have trainers training you that started 2 weeks before you. The trainers don't even know the answers to the questions you ask. They lost a partnership with one of the programs we were working for which left all of us without work for a month and a half without pay. The monitor metrics and make it extremely unreachable so that no one receives a bonus. Administration jobs are taking by people in the Philippines. Do not apply for this company. You will have better results somewhere else. This company is a joke.

Pros

Easy to get hired, Its a paycheck

Cons

Poor training, the Client changes the guidelines for the project on a weekly basis making it very difficult for agents to meet and maintain their stats. Project Managers have no control over metrics and have resorted to using written corrective action as a means of motivating agents to hit client goals. One month of poor KPI means you're fired. This job also has zero benefits other than being work from home. No healthcare, bare minimum of everything else. No raises after a year with the company. You get nothing but $16 an hour with no OT available. Paid time off is combined with your sick time so you only get 2-3 hours a paycheck and you do not receive floating holidays.
