Pros

Bonus up to $400 based off of metrics. Provide awards, and food for top performers. Provide award for and food for Veterans. The administration provides monthly events based on holidays to improve morale

Cons

Standard operating procedures are inefficient when working with legal documents. No one knows their job. Ask other teams how to do AG/Legal and get no assistance. No room for growth. People have been there for 13-16 years and still no retirement package. Requesting time off is horrible you have to provide 2 weeks in advance. If in training you can't miss time off or you will get fired. Training classes are a joke, they do not provide sufficient software or applications to practice before going on the floor for legal. 401 K is not worth it. HR can't answer questions and is vague. No one wants to help you. There are certain people in Legal that will not assist you in completing work. They look at you as if you are incompetent.

Pros

The people were pretty awesome, and the job was easy. Dress code was pretty relaxed, and the hours worked well for me.

Cons

The pay, the rules, and then, of course, after bragging about the security there, and how they work hard to not lay people off, I was laid off. When I got upset for being laid off, the supervisor was rude and cold. I was lied to for 2 weeks before they laid me off.

Pros

Decent pay, hours fly by

Cons

The place is built off of lies and tears. The company claims it’s an “insanely awesome” place to work, but I saw too many workers cry because of the job. Management lies or is incompetent (one had no clue how the basic math principal of an average functioned), and they’ll use any excuse to write you up, but will never praise your hard work. And there are layers and layers of “don’t” rules that make the place very oppressing to work in. Don’t just walk from their recruiters... RUN! Run to a better career elsewhere, because working here isn’t insanely awesome - it’s just insane.
