Pros

Receive a paycheck (usually correct)

Cons

Alorica bought most of West's business and immediately degraded our benefits to the point they are unusable and keeping most of us from visiting any doctor, lowered starting pay (can't keep anyone new at that rate of pay - constantly training someone), drastically reduced vacation/sick time (after failed attempt to steal what we had earned already - Ne Dept of Labor interceded on our behalf), rarely responsive regardless of the urgency of the problem, constantly advertising to us how much they love their employees.

Pros

Alorica actually and literally saved my life. My Operation have bent over backwards to fit my work schedule around my life style needs. They are single mom friendly as long as you bring in documentation.

Cons

This is a great place to work if you don't plan on moving up unless you become one of there favorites. I was one of their best agents and now I don't even care anymore. I'm looking for a new job. There are no raises. Turnover rate is terrible because of it.

Pros

Before I came here to work, I heard there was so much DRAMA! But here's the thing - drama happens from those that create mess. I'm not one of those messy employees. I LOVE working here, and it's like a family here. Since hired in 2015, I have seen many changes come about through training, managers, bonuses/incentives/ programs for employees and community outreach activities. Many growth opportunities are available here - I have been promoted twice within one year! I'd always recommend to a friend/family! Nikki Grayson, Saraland Alorica #AloricaSaralandRocks

Cons

The cafeteria restaurant is great but it's real country home cooking - not good for those that are into eating "clean"
