      Pros

      Ok pay for a work at home job. Can chose your own hours. People are friendly for the most part. That is about all I can say.

      Cons

      Management always marking you down on evals but they do not allow you a voice to defend yourself. You just have to acknowledge what they say you did wrong, but you can't even get your supervisor to answer an email. They expect you to handle problem calls in 3- 31/2 min. And note accounts without pausing in between calls.

      Plenty of work, full time hours, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      pretend bonus structure- they make it insanely difficult to achieve, and lower it every month answer as many phone calls as they can throw at you They hire almost all management from the outside Instead of steady bonus they give you coupons that you can exchange for food prizes like chips and cheezits. They don't accept doctor's excuses.

      Love my job, hate my boss

      Pros

      I loved my job and the people I interacted with day in and day out. I learned a lot about people skills and more. It was a fun environment. Pay and benefits were nice.

      Cons

      Manager had no people skills. Every day, I felt like I was going to be canned. Sometimes just because you have the knowledge of the job, doesn't mean you have the knowledge of management.
