Unsanitary bathrooms and the smell is horrible. Inconsistent management and direction. Constantly changing policies without giving proper communication to agents. Smallest break room with no healthy choices or food for people with allergies. They will find any reason to not give you a bonus and if you are successful, you will be watched and hunted. Bonus is a joke and inconsistent with when it’s dispersed. You will never know when your getting it and no one keeps you updated on when it will be dispersed. Nesting program is run by one of the rudest women there. The program does not set you up to succeed and the person getting all the credit barely speaks to you.

Very difficult to move up to middle and upper management. Whatever salary you’re hired at they do NOT give raises. Hire people to make numbers not because they are quality employees. YOU ARE EXPENDABLE!

Literally the only good things about working at Alorica were the awesome people I worked with and a steady paycheck

Cons

Upper management was terrible. Couldn't count on a straight answer for anything. The rules they enforced were ridiculous. Saw a lot of people fired on the spot for asinine things like having their phone sticking out of their pocket or purse/bag. The company's attendance policy is beyond strict. If you didn't have an "HR approved" reason for not showing up, you'll be fired in no time. Even if you have a doctor's note or hospital form, HR wouldn't always approve it for an excused absence. To make it worse, it had to be you that was sick/in the hospital, not a child or other relative. The job itself is ok. It's pretty much listening to Verizon customers complain about things that they could have avoided if they paid attention or things that are out of your control.
