Cons

Lack of respect for employees. Owners that only care about the bottom line / sales. They have fired about 1/2 of the employees since purchasing the company 3 years ago.

Work is flexible, option to work from home sometimes, pay on time and most of the time we get off as required.

Cons

Haven't seen raise in 3 yrs, growth opportunity within a company is not good.
