Flexible schedule and some remote work acceptable. Some understanding by management on the many moving targets. Small company with good values.

Cons

Low salary and commission plan, employees never get raises on salary, and commission structure is below average. Not enough oversight of sales, no accountability.

Good coworkers, security guards are nice

Cons

Management politics, treat employees like cattle, filthy office, promote cronies. Most unprofessional place I've ever worked for. Awful wages, no raises. It's a revolving door. Everyone is buddies, so don't bother complaining. They fire at will and have a steady steam in HR. If you're desperate enough, work here. Theft is rampant because people have to steal basic supplies.
