Cons

Very shallow organization where profit is the only thing valued. People are not and I wouldn't place any value on the beliefs or beliefs class. it is more for them to feel good about themselves. Pretty much treat new partners and their teams poorly.

Bigger does not always mean better

Good pay, good benefits, lots of jeans days in the office.

Cons

No value on levels of education or experience. The highest-ranking nurse has an Associates's degree. They seem to have a lot more patients than staff to care for them. The majority of calls are complaints of staff not showing up, or visits being missed. The training is very poor. It is a very large company, with a lot of departments. The orientation consists of one day of learning about the benefits, then there is about 2 long weeks of learning the software. No training on the ins and outs of the company. You spend a couple of days watching someone else work, and then you are off on your own. Promotions are not likely unless you are friends with the owner.
