      Most Positive Work Experience I Have Ever Had

      Pros

      Joining this company 6 years ago was a great decision! Every day I feel like my contributions are valued and the work I do makes a difference. Every company has its growing pains as does ASHN but the difference is they try to learn from any missteps and support their staff throughout the process. The support from management is invaluable and my direct manager is very motivating, supportive and truly cares about my growth as an employee here. Even with such a large employee group our Leadership is not out of reach and they truly care about the employees as well as the company growth.

      Cons

      Again no company is perfect - but if you communicate your concerns they will be heard and processes/reasons for decisions are explained.

      Supportive, involved, appreciated, and professional

      Cons

      Communication and training could use improvement. Some times it feels like a sink or swim type deal. Employee referrals are rarely called in for interviews. There have been several people I know who would be excellent assets to the company that I sent in referrals to and they were never called for interviews.

      Still has the "small company" feel for the most part even though we're huge! Leadership cares about their employees Still do "fun" things to support our culture

      Cons

      A lot of growth - can cause a lot of headaches at times
