Pros

Free food, 4x10 shift, and actually great culture with coworkers because we all had to suffer together.

Cons

Scams the heck out of insurance especially Tricare and Workers Comp because they’re the highest paying insurances. Trained to lie about what’s on medical records and RXs so that insurance won’t deny. Sends patients statements YEARS after patient receives device and will send them to collections if not paid. A lot of people are underpaid for their job titles. Also bathrooms ALWAYS smell.

There is absolutely nothing in the above statement that is true, and we're working with Glassdoor to have this review removed.

Pros

Benefits are great. Depending on the department, the schedule is flexible. Pay is decent. The CEO really believes in what he’s fighting for.

Cons

Upper management is a nightmare. I’ve never worked at a place that micromanaged so much, yet still never seems to know what’s going on. There is no patient transparency, unethical billing practices, and blatant hipaa violations. If you want a good idea of what it’s like to work at Zynex, read some of the company responses to bad reviews. There is always an excuse to not take accountability. When I brought these things up to management, it was either ignored, or justified with “we’re understaffed”. This is a company that rewards “yes men” and despite how frequently they insist you give them feedback, they only want the good feedback, and any negative feedback will be met with an excuse. There’s no communication between departments, casual misogyny is rampant. You will often do the work of 5+ people (because employees get tired of the company and quit in droves) and you will receive no appreciation. Also pay raises are non-existent. When you have a company that gives you great benefits, a good schedule, good pay, yet still has an absurd turnover rate, it speaks for itself.

Two-Faced Management

Pros

Free food that is provided by the same company that provides prison meals so you can imagine the quality.

Cons

In December we were forced to watch a video, it was mandatory, showing how well we did in 2024 4th quarter. One month after forcing us to watch a video showing how our company is doing better than ever they began to fire a majority of us employees one by one. They were dropped by a major insurance company due to their scummy billing practices and are scrambling to put out the fire. They try to force us to leave our Glassdoor review when we’ve only been there a couple months which is why so many are positive. The amount of angry customers I’ve had to talk to because they received a bill after being told over and over that we would only ever bill their insurance is very sad. I’ve seen amazing employees that have been there for years having anxiety attacks because they’re worried they’re going to be fired at any moment. The CEO also has photos plastered all over the building from a “rockstar” photo shoot he had that are very awkward and uncomfortable.
