Pros

Definitely a great experience. A good environment for growth. Amazing location.

Cons

Caddiness with some of the women who work there. HUGE gap between the test cooks and the executives. Terrible pay.

Passionate employees, take-home fridge with world-class dishes, good time off, very conducive to public transit

Cons

Pay isn't outstanding, expect you to become a life-long employee, there is a division between the magazine and book segments, benefits are OK

The low-level employees are friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely people. There are low expectation for overtime. And there is free food everywhere you look

abysmal salary, rarely promote internally, antiquated business model
