      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is good. Many of the employees are great to work with. The offices are in more rural locations.

      Cons

      Management is very political. It is clear that certain individuals are protected even though they really are not in the right position. They have terrible management in the IT Department. Stay away!!!

      The people here are very friendly! The pay is above market average. Compensation and benefits package is excellent!! Overall, great work environment and work/life balance!

      Cons

      Lack of recognition, limited in growth opportunities, poor communication, lack of judgement and consideration when making business decisions.
