Pros

The people are really nice, and the clients, most of them are nice to work with. Small environment and cozy workplace for small family feel.

Cons

Low pay is absolutely number one. They do not respect an employee's education and do not reward hard work often enough. They do not pay what one is worth rather what they think you will accept and what they can afford, and when they have the opportunity to fix the problem they don't or are slow to fix it.
