Pros

Great company benefits, bonus structure, wellness incentive, and engagement for remote workers

Cons

Once you're in claims, you're stuck! There is no room for growth to move to other departments outside of claims, even with a degree that permits. The workload is HEAVY & the training is terrible, Be prepared to learn as you go while still juggling claims coming in.
