Cons
This is the strangest place I have ever worked. Upper management lacks people and managerial skills and continues to promote subpar managers, even when their weaknesses are widely acknowledged by upper management. Professional development is given lip service, and retaliation is common. This is a very closed culture and many employees have been on board for tens of years, so fresh blood isn't really cultivated or nurtured. As a result, newer employees often account for the revolving door you read about on Glassdoor reviews while older employees seem to stay -- perhaps not realizing that this is not the healthy atmosphere readily available at other companies and organizations.
