Dishonest. MLM

Pros

If you have money saved up and have a passion for sales, this could work, but you are better off doing something else

Cons

Dishonest Cold leads Long hours No pay for training What a horror show this job was. In the interview process they made it seem like you would make 60K a year and there was no cold calling and making 3 sales per week was standard, oh how they lied. What this manipulative company does is make it seem like it’s easy to make sales by using the numbers of the top earners to try and wow you and convince you that you can make money too! You can go on all these trips too! The reality? Only about 5% of people are making the big bucks, and most people are making $200 over a month, making hundreds of calls a day trying to use scummy used car salesman tactics to sell people life insurance. Some of the leads they give you are free will kits that were filled out before COVID. Or child safe kits of people who just want an app to protect their kid and that’s it. Even if you make money here, you will have to pay back a good chunk of that, because when people cancel their policies or don’t pay them, YOU have to pay AIL back. It’s an MLM

Pros

Weekly pay with bonuses, work from home.

Cons

They want you to work so many hours and attend so many meetings. I would work 14-15 hour days. If you didn’t fit their needs and standards of being all in, they’d get upset saying you’re not dedicated enough to build a business when they ironically say they have great flexibility. They expect you to change your mindset immediately being onboard and will see you as less if you take longer than they did. It wasn’t the pressure that made me leave, it was the way management was arrogant and extremely up in your personal business.
