Pros

-you get to work from home "sometimes"

Cons

-they say you make your own schedule, but you will have weeks where you work 7 days a week sometimes from 9am-10pm -they lie and say average first year income is 60-80k when even the top performers in the company now made less then 20k their first year. my boss himself made less then 60k his first two years. -you have zero control over the leads that are given to you. they give all the good leads to their top guys and the rest of the company has all the recycled leads that want nothing to do with you -top performers strong arm customers into buying from them. -no one cares about you, they only care about getting you hired so they can get their growth bonus and brag to the entire company about how they make so much money. -you are just a source of income to the higher ups. -its not a pyramid scheme, but its a pyramid scheme to the point where managers just want you on their team so they can collect a "bonus" off of the sales you make.

Pros

Working for home, freedom to make your own schedule. Grow yourself personally and professionally. Unlimited room for growth. Mentors not bosses. Uncapped income. Provided resources. Union backing. Residual income. Many bonuses and incentive trips when you do your job. Amazing culture.

Cons

Self discipline, self motivated, be willing to work hard in the beginning. Be coachable.

Thank you for your feedback. This agent position is hard work and does require an individual that is self-motivated and dedicated to our team and customers. But as you know, with that commitment in place, this AIL career can be incredibly rewarding both financially and personally. We’re very happy to have you on our team and appreciate your role in helping us provide financial protection to our customers.
