      Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Whilst I like the sound of "good company", as (y)our CEO, I want us to be considered a "great company". Indeed, I am aware that we have pockets in the organization where we are 'too lean at times', despite - actually - being a company which is growing in headcount and not cutting headcount. But, we are growing fast and our structures, processes and systems need to keep up. That said, in terms of structures & headcount, I believe, we are committed to hiring but many of our employees still get burdened down by non-value added manual work. If we could free up this time through the new & innovative technology agenda we have started and aim to complete by end of next year (upgrading & integrating our system ecosystem; applying artificial intelligence to some processes etc), I hope, we will all realize that we 'have sufficient time' and - perhaps, more importantly - 'spending the time' on the right things. Come and see me in my office, if - in your opinion - I am misguided in my view and / or if you want to let me know more details of why we are 'only' good and not 'great' yet... others might be happy with 'good'; I want you to consider (y)our second home - ie AMPLIFON - as 'great'...       Great Company and Fantastic Coworkers

      The team at Amplifon has been great to work with very helpful coworkers and knowledge sharing has made the start to my career path here very bright.

      Cons

      Some of the processes are very manual at the present time. So looking forward to the challenge of improving these processes and gaining efficiencies to help the company and team in the future.

      "Some very manual processes", indeed! That is the brutal fact that we still have to face "at present time" across several parts in the organization. In fact, as (y)our CEO, I often adress this even in the interviews that I conduct as I want everyone to understand what (a) they are getting themselves into, potentially and (b) to give comfort that two of our biggest ongoing projects are called BACKBONE TRANSFORMATION and BIG DATA. We have recognized that we are a fast growing company with a need to redesign our systems / process / data infrastructure; which we are doing & which we are doing fast. In fact, we are only a year away from some very exciting and cool changes in this regard; so, watch the space ;-) THAT SAID... as someone one asked me "If you could have the best structures, the best systems, the best processes or... the best people; what would you want...?"... my answer did not require a lot of reflection... I WANT THE BEST PEOPLE! And, I am proud to say, having worked in many countries and having engaged with many companies... we got amongst the best people in terms of the WHAT we do and HOW we conduct ourselves. WELCOME to the team!

Our organization is going through some exciting changes; sometimes that means that job duties flex and the work is different than it once was.
