      Pros

      Many amazing people have taken a chance to help this company create a culture and be a place to learn/grow. There are small pockets of people still trying to ground leaders on the business and HR sides in reality and be more empathetic and people focused

      Cons

      Those same amazing people realize leadership is not interested in doing right by their people and leaving within 1-2 years. Leadership often is tone deaf in how they lead, speak to their employees, and execute. Even new leaders brought in tend to be of a similar mold (current leaders) and don't bring in new perspective or challenge the status quo, instead they compound issues Employees are left in the dark

      Pros

      Young, nice people to work with. Those doing the work are in it together and really care. Excellent L&D training for managers and good programs for all employees. Generous benefits, food and other start up trappings. I would have given it a one star but for the fact there are some really great people.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place . To call it Leadership at all is a stretch. Can’t seem to figure out what the focus should be and unwilling to see anything through. Marketing doesn't listen. Appear to be a bit overwhelmed and panicked. Not a group you’d want to go to war with. Mostly bc of the high probability of “ friendly “ fire given the extraordinarily poor management.

      Pros

      Company is becoming IPO ready kudos to Sales and Marketing The Sales teams are doing a great job

      Cons

      Engineers generally have a miserable and chaotic life Leadership is not building for the future, mostly focus only on the short-term No QA team. No standard on testings. Nada Ship fast = ship now + test later On-call means fire-fighting, patching and working around the untested stuffs Little regards to security i.e. every new hire downloads a snapshot of the production database to their mac. Everyone has access to almost everything. People had accidentally deleted things in production.
