Pros

- Solid and incredibly powerful base product - Benefits were good if you take advantage of what they are willing to reimburse - Frontline employees and some of the long time employees are fantastic... but their numbers have been dwindling - Marketing (especially videos) is high value and incredibly well-produced - Product documentation is amazing - The implementation team has some incredible people and I am still in awe of everything that team is able to manage and deliver!

Cons

- Stock price - Absolutely atrocious leadership across the entire organization. I had the experience to work for a manager who was heartless, robotic, and failed to do anything but demoralize the team. I stuck up for this manager on many occasions under the assumption that the manager had the team's best interest at heart... turns out the manager was a selfish leader who was a "yes person" to an awful and constantly changing leadership team. - Leadership was bloated and rather than sticking to a set plan, would hire another leader at another level in the chain of command and completely overhaul the focus of the customer success team. - The message of speaking up and being yourself was a way for leadership to identify who to let go both before and during layoffs. - If you didn't believe in favoritism before the layoffs, you would be a believer afterward. - From a practical standpoint, you will find that the goalposts were constantly changing even within a quarter, you will find that you will be penalized for something as trivial as removing a slide from a slide-heavy deck, there was no freedom to do your job in a way that was different than the company line. - Sales and CS spoke entirely different languages and even had different consultants come in to set how the GTM teams would operate. You had one team focused on MEDDICC and another team using some less-aggressive and friendly version of sales methodologies. It was dysfunctional. - This was the first company I worked for where I felt taken advantage of, where I was not rewarded for going above and beyond, where I was consistently chastised for trivial issues, and ultimately questioned whether I was actually wasting my life.
