Where do I start? Management is straight out of a high school nightmare-cliques and gossip galore even though they’re all old enough to know better. Nepotism is everywhere. Management is secretive about EVERYTHING, and don’t tell employees anything until absolutely necessary. Departments don’t talk to each other. Pay isn’t spectacular, but if you’re a man you’ll make at least a dollar an hour more for the same job. Oh, and be prepared to have Christmas shoved down your throat. They don’t hide their religious beliefs, which was fine until it negatively impacted me. Didn’t cover birth control before Obamacare, will likely take it away if mandate is removed.

Technology is lacking compared to its competition. Customers demand execution and efficiency, the companies support systems to help support that are non - existent. The systems they do have in place to support crash everyday and don't work properly. Long term growth with larger accounts that you bring in will eventually diminish due to lacking technology at ATS. Leadership is very micromanaging. Leaders don't create solutions they create issues and point fingers. Very high turn over, I would suggest interviewing at 2 others logistics brokerage companies before this one and you will find that this company is severally lacking in most departments. (Compensation, Benefits, Culture, PTO, 401k - They don't match)
