Pros

Good money if you get a dedicated run.

Cons

More work, less pay. You can't be away from home more than a week and come home to less than $400.

Pros

Nice view of the river and good location.

Cons

I am normally not a negative person, but if I can help the ones after me then I will take that opportunity. This company is nothing of what the description says on any job posting. "You're more than just a number" you ARE a number. They do not care an ounce about you except your overall numbers. Even when a family member dies, they are only worried about why you did not get your call time for the day. This job is literally a revolving door and they could care less when you leave. I never even got an exit interview which is the only thing that would make sense since EVERYONE leaves. You need to know why. This job is toxic, the environment is toxic and it is overall detrimental to your mental stability. The managers there will only like you if you have the top numbers – but wait.. you won’t get top numbers there unless they hand you accounts – OH but wait.. you won’t even get the big accounts unless you kiss up. I worked so hard for this company just for them to not give anything back in return. I earned them countless customers that they lost due to their lack of integrity and happily took them with me when I left. It’s honestly amusing that the customers they gained because of me would only work with me because I was the only one who had integrity at that place and as soon as I left, the company never got another sale from them. The Greenville branch is by far the worst and I encourage you to tell others of this toxicity. It may seem like a good job to take if you have nothing, but I would have rather been unemployed than go thru what I did.

Pros

Salary is okay for the area.

Cons

1.) Be careful trusting a broker or carrier that wants you to sign a non-compete. There are no "trade secrets" biggest bunch of crap they will tell you. The most typical reason they use these is that they are planning on treating you like crap and are using scare tactics to keep you from working for competitors that will actually treat you like a human being. 2.) This Company is like cancer. ATS Logistics are the red headed step children of the ATS umbrella of companies. All the family works for the asset company while the VP and pretty much all the managers there do not have the balls to stand up to them. The directors are okay accept for one who is known in the office as "The Wicked Witch of the ATS!!" watch out for her. 3.) If you are one of the few that actually get a commission check they will fire you before the 15th so they don't have to pay you your last (bonus) check. It's called a "bonus" check and not a commission check because it would be illegal for them to withhold a commission check. What a complete scumbag move. 4.) The best managers there either quit, or step back down into a sales rep position because they cant handle the lies. They completely changed our commission structure a few months ago hyping it up that we would make more money. And they tried selling it that way. Truth be told every rep made less percentage commission, and they got rid of all the extra spiffs that were offered before. But the managers, directors and the VP maid more because they are paying out less in incentives. The directors sure do a good job polishing up a turd, telling you it's steak and then expecting you to eat it with a smile on your face. 5.) I don't think cares at all for their employees or customers. As a top sales rep there. Everything is a front to hide behind there mask of lies; I brought issues of the broken system my customers were complaining about to management's attention many times only to be shut down. Office politics at the top ranks is more important than taking care of customers. Everybody there is overly greedy and sales reps are encouraged to lie to customers when issues arise in efforts of saving face. This company has no integrity, morals or ethics. They will never care how much you give to the company. They will always expect more. They will take as much as they can from you and dish out as little as possible and will step on anyone to save a little or make a little more. Save yourself and run the opposite way!! I WARNED YOU!! I just feel bad i didn't warn others when I had the chance.
