Our sales teams are comprised of highly motivated individuals who work hard to grow our platform with skilled service professionals to provide options for the home owners we serve. We understand compensation is an important factor in any role which is why we provide our sales teams with base salaries and uncapped commission. We've seen top performers make upwards of $300-430K+ under this structure and have continued to adjust accordingly to allow increased earning potential for all representatives. Additional training and other tools are also available to individuals having difficulty closing sales and we understand that some weeks (or months) will be easier than others.
