Pros

Leads provided Good incentives early on

Cons

Barely any incentives after 8 months Promotions based on who you know, not necessarily experience. Management constantly tries to get you to work extra hours or on extra projects for free. Extremely boring. 200+ calls a day with little contact with anyone else

Terrible place if you want actual career growth

- completely unskilled leadership - terrible product + customer success - disingenuous sales practices that are TERRIBLY deceitful to contractors - you will basically make minimum wage - you will gain no transferable skills The job is a joke.

Post our rebrand we've made updates to our service request flow to tailor to our users' needs in order to provide the best customer experience. Additionally, we extend uncapped commission to our sales representatives to allow them to secure unlimited earnings.
