      -If you under-perform, no matter how long you've been there or how much money you've made the company, they will kick you.

      Pros

      I have been with this company for almost a decade, and in this time, I have had the opportunity to grow my career in more ways than I could have dreamed of. I have had the opportunity to work with numerous teams and departments. My favorite thing about this company is they recognize hard work and promote from within.

      Cons

      Sales is a hard career path, you must be ready to face rejection and hear 'NO' everyday. If you can keep a positive attitude and lead by example, the uncapped commission, and opportunities are very rewarding.
