Thanks for leaving an honest review! It's encouraging to hear you enjoy our flexible WFH policies and your direct manager. Our customer service representatives enjoy an uncapped commission structure which provides an opportunity for higher earning potential. Monthly goals and quotas are designed to propel the business forward backing out of high-level metrics that ladder up to our organization's broader goals. We understand that both sales and customer service isn't for everyone, however, encourage all team members to align on goals with their managers prior to the next metric period starting. Manager's input is vital to our success and leadership welcomes all feedback so we can continue to be better today and better tomorrow.
