Competitive pay and hours along with being remote.

Cons

Doesn’t actually care about employees just puts on a show day 1. My mother almost died and was hospitalized, as a result I missed a couple days of work. Then was let go without so much as a phone call.

Leadership is bad at their jobs and punishes those below them CEO and CPO are off shoring jobs and lying about it every month in all-hands meetings Company has no respect for employees or customers
