Pros

The money was really good. There are some amazing sales managers and the trainers are top notch. Maybe a weird “pro” but you trauma bond with your team and make life-long friends. I made a ton of money until I didn’t anymore. That said, a long sales career here means that recruiters are all over me.

Cons

As I said, I used to love it. Now it’s pay cut after pay cut, same goals with fewer leads, and I swear they’re trying to force attrition of the sales team in order to cut headcount and avoid paying unemployment or severance. They are reducing headcount so there are no advancement opportunities.

Pros

Company is very innovative with product and willing to push the fold to improve pro and consumer experience. Raises annually have exceeded inflation. Even as the stock has struggled stock refreshers have been granted annually. CEO and CGO are huge proponents of using product and consistently focus on delivering a winning experience. A deep focus on bringing in the right talent from competitive companies.

Cons

None that I can think of! Even with the upcoming sale raises and bonuses have been fantastic!
