I created a lot of professional relationships and made a lot of money in the role, but….

Cons

In recent years, the company has undergone a lot of change. The change has not been for the better. Employees are undervalued and micromanaged. So long are the days where you could be a top performer and have a great work life balance. So long are the days where you could be a top performer and make top performer money. Upper management is handicapping people from excelling and taking advantage of the uncapped commission structure. People are having to work harder, to make less money. It’s really sad to see the direction the company is headed.

The people are generally pleasant to be around.

Cons

The pay, the actual product (the lead) is no good, the company won't fix known problems and they pay as little as possible. Top talent doesn't stick around. Just seems like a ton of greed from the top down. Just look at the stock over the last few years and check the reviews on the Angi Leads app. You'll see what they are about
