Pros

None at all. Terrible company.

Cons

The most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They barely train you but if you make a mistake, they vilify you. Some mangers were good, some were awful. Waited weeks for work. Checked in every day to see when work was available, and the managers always said work will be available next week, and it never wasn’t. They kept lying to me until out of the blue, they fired me. They completely wasted my time and they will use you and dump you when they are finished with you. I feel sorry for any client that wants to work with Answernet. This company is no good

Pros

love the people I work with, they are all hard workers with great attitudes. They are very patient and tolerant as well.

Cons

low pay, no benefits package other than expensive healthcare, no bonuses (which would help especially around Christmas time), you have to wait a year before using your PTO time, no employment programs for help
