Remote, higher ups don't pay attention to anyone you can make your own schedule

Cons

Compensation is a joke. You will take on a TEAMS worth responsibility, excel in your area, make clients happy, bend over backward, and be told there is no budget for raises, but don't worry; we will take care of you.
