Pros

At first glance, I’d say working remotely but not really.

Cons

Horrible to work for when your dealing with idiot managers and Supervisors. Said because there is a huge lack of communication misinformation giving between different managers and Supervisors. Which they are to blame; lack of training then reprimand for what they didn’t teach, or where you were told something different. You and severally other were placed in a specific group to do certain things. But either the other managers are horrible or our leads aren’t indulging full information. However even stated by them to make something known in group. Well that supervisor will announce that group to do their roles. Yet hire ups are idiots wondering why your not in a call when we’re doing as requested. In an emergency sending messages they go unanswered they get back to you late with a reprimand why you didn’t contact someone. I did and if the computer is down how else do I tell that. Your own leads won’t back their team and it’s pass the buck blame game. No wonder it is a huge turnover everyone even supervisors Are quitting or getting fired. Horrible

Pros

I've been at small to large businesses, a lot of different industries - and AnswerNet has been one of my favorite places to work in my 10+ year career. Experts are there to help guide you, mentors and leadership are supportive and not demanding, and help to find you the right tools or resources you need. You just need to ASK!

Cons

Lack of "easy to use" internal technology tools.
