Pros

Easy work, nothing difficult about the actual work that you do. If you can type and spell words correctly, it's great.

Cons

The people in the call centers are not really people you'd like to associate with. Lots of different backgrounds and sometimes very creepy people. Management isn't great either.

Pros

The company is a leader in our business and shows total respect for its people. I'm watching it change from a little company to a big one and its really fun. The CEO is really smart and really down to earth. He truly cares about the people here and he's willing to get into the mud with everyone if necessary. Also we have Answernet Cares and its really cool.

Cons

Benefits need some work but they recently announced a plan to change the benefits to make them better.

Pros

If you don't mind long hours, no bonuses, impossible goals and rotten feedback, work here.

Cons

Average work week is 60-70 hours No time to be sick unless you land in the hospital No decent project management on any of the projects Goals are being reset on a daily, sometimes hourly basis Clients are given unreasonable expectations that management expects people to fulfill No bonuses for exceeding expectations since goals are constantly being reset ever higher Salaries are below industry standard Communication between departments and management levels is horrible
