Pros

Great benefits, awesome co-workers and office space.

Cons

Training makes you feel like you back college but you get no degree in the end. The pay is definitely up with the industry standard and you'll get paid more at a different company for doing the same job or less.

Great culture in the office.

Cons

Pay not competitive, difficult to move up in position and difficult to get raises. They will make you explain why you deserve a raise when it is clear that you deserve a raise from the data.
