Pros

AST offers good benefits and somewhat good pay.

Cons

Very political office. The Consultants are very nice but the main office is horrible, very cliquish and very sneaky. HR is not very helpful and know what's going on as they are part of the problem.

Monthly lunches, good benefits for a single person, benefit credit, good coworkers, smart people, flat leadership, yearly company party. The leadership shows that they care especially with the open door policy. Collaborative environment depending on what project you are on. Money towards cell phone

Cons

Not much personal time, benefits are not good for families, you could get stuck on a project you don't like, depending on your project, management could lack social skills.
