A painful experience to say the least.

Pros

Insurance is good. Employees seem to have a generally positive attitude and remain hopeful for positive future outcomes.

Cons

Asians are the majority. There is no AOI culture there is only tue Asian culture . There is favoritisn towards Asians. If you dont know or dont want to conduct yourself the Asian way then you have absolutely no future here. Still I wouldn't recommend this place to even an Asian person.

Pros

Low work volume and job is not difficult. Usually go home on time. Encourage employee to continue learning. Nice and clean working environment.

Cons

Micromanagement- company try to use report to monitor employees' process. Each week, they want you to present what you have done in previous week. At year end, they want to see a formal annually presentation which is part of f your evaluation score
