The problem is the management. It seems that they don’t know what they are doing. They ask you to provide the data, which they never take a look or don’t know how to read and/or how to use it. They assign projects that are not part of your job description with unreasonable timelines (for example, the project may take to complete in several months, but they ask you to finish in a couple of days instead.) They tend to hire Chinese people with PhD who needs working visa to stay in United States so that they can control them.

Rude Asian leaders. They just give you commands with no respect. They tease and insult you when you give some suggestions, if you don't have any title there. The management there built the worst culture I never seen from anywhere else. Employees there are hard to get along with. Superficially everybody looks friendly or at least good. Later on you will find the horrible truth. Your teammates bad mouth you all the time. I was not a fresh graduate and I knew politics is everywhere. However, I was still sad when I saw my colleagues didn't care about their work very much but only care about how to step on you...
