Slave Factory!

Pros

They are always hiring people.

Cons

It is a slave factory, only poor Asians who need a visa support will stay. It’s very lucky for me to finally find another job and be able to leave here. During the past quarter, 3 out of 4 new employees chose to quit, only one stayed for visa problem. Other engineers were trying to find a new job secretly. From the first day I worked here I suffered, I worked from 9 am to 11 pm, the manager assigned a lot of tasks everyday and checked them out suddenly, when he found anyone of these many tasks hasn’t been completed, he will criticize and abuse you fiercely. So engineers had started to learn and delayed every projects and they don’t care for the abuse anymore. The manager parachuted in from Shanghai wants everyone to do overtime, only Americans can say no. Asian engineers in the production department have to work 12-16 hours/day and they are forced to work full day long on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays. Considering the low wages the company pays for an engineer, the hourly wage is much lower than the technicians’.(less than $13/h). Not to mention the manager just have the credit and took no responsibility for any decisions, he himself wants engineers to make final decisions, if bad things happen, he takes no responsibility at all. What’s worse, the HR leaks the bad reviews to the manager. Everyday is a torture here. God bless my poor colleagues find better jobs.

Pros

Yeah like, this place is pretty kool only if you like tormenting yourself for fun 😍 Pretty good place if you’re broke/pocketless/breadless/nearly homeless The schedule is pretty cool too for salary workers, 72+ HOURS A WEEK no overtime pay 😭 If you ever feel worthless, this place will reinforce those feelings for you :) This company is in a place called Sugarland soo cute 🥰

Cons

I go home crying, when I finish work after 8pm HR are friendly ppl but they will not help you against this companies’ aggressive management, but they gave me a job at least 😍 Not enough parking spots in my opinion, I’m very blind so I need to take up two parking spots and this company can’t even accommodate me Average Engineer life expectancy is like 1 year lol

Pros

If you are chinese and Taiwanese decent you have lots of pros

Cons

Stay away from this company until you are dying in hunger and not chinese or Taiwanese decent . You already have noticed how one bad virus is making humans life ups and down and pushing the world to recession. This happened due to the lower ethical character and lie that that virus originated country practice. This company has same culture. Because both this company and the virus came from same place ! Why Glassdoor has so many bad reviews about this company- you need to think !
