      Pros

      Remote work and flexibility that comes with it.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low. They constantly talk about how much money the company is making but give pitiful wage increases if any …but here’s a company shirt with a lame saying on it . Management talks about growth opportunities but when approach about what needs to be done to advance in your career you get the run around and then forgotten about.

      Pros

      Direct manager was good. I enjoyed working for my supervisor. I can't speak for the CEO - he hasn't been there long enough to see any changes.

      Cons

      Everything - compensation, communication, upper management, culture. The entire environment is incredibly toxic. They also stiffed me on the rest of my 2 week pay. I would never recommend this company. Ever. They are worried about execs making money & everyone else is significantly below them.

      Pros

      Remote Working. Generous Holiday, Sick and Vacation PTO. Off on Weekends. Occasional Company-Wide Bonus during Pandemic. CEO is one of the nicest people you'll meet.

      Cons

      Severe Favoritism. Complacent Management. Merit Raises are sparse, the company does not keep up with industry standard or cost of living/inflation. You pay for your own parking when not remote. Poor communication and resources. 0 Discipline for Underperformance and Complaints are Ignored. No Room to move up unless you have others to pick up your slack while you focus on other opportunities to move laterally. They're numbers focused over behavior, and the numbers can be manipulated. Little to no training with no designated trainers, training is done by job shadowing others in your role.
