Leadership only supports the clients and what they want, without thinking through how they will actually implement what the client needs and leaves the difficult task of delivering unreasonable or even, nearly impossible solutions with aggressive timelines. to the consultants. They will fire or demote a consultant just because a client does not like them or complains.
