Apps absolutely cares about its employees. There is a work life balance that is much better than most consulting firms (let's be honest, if you want to work 40 hours a week, get out of consulting). Training, opportunities for advancement, and a management team that cares about its employees.

Cons

Large year over year growth means there is always some change management.
