Steady paycheck and nice colleagues.

Cons

I should have heeded the reviews before starting. Stay far away from Aptude unless you have zero morals and values. Unethical practices and your concerns aren't taken seriously. Aptude is living in the Stone Age. Bosses aren't receptive to your ideas and just want to keep doing things their way. Stay as far away as possible.

Pros

Easy to get hired and good staff working on the job.

Cons

The management here is the worst; very unprofessional, unethical and incompetent.The company follows a lot of unethical practices. All concerns are buried under an overwhelming greed for the client's next cheque. Stop fooling people telling bunch of lies, this will only result in losing your reputation.

Scamming People

Pros

Aside form the regular paycheck, I can't think of any pros.

Cons

Working here can go against your values and ethics.It's very evident that the company is scamming people and it's hard to just turn a blind eye. It's hard to witness innocent people getting scammed of those who knows how to rip off people. Leaving this place was the best decision I have ever made in my career life.
