None, Salary on time .. . .

Cons

Everything - Be aware what the HR or Manager say before you join. They will layoff, if they find any new resource with less package (Use and throw). Before joining they say they are going to pay you when you are on bench. But they pay only 1-2 months (Lca pay) not your original salary. You need to work more then 12+ hrs multiple project other wise you are fired. They will take advantage of persons situation like (Personal, Family, Visa related) and they wont do extensions if you say any negatives about them.

There are none, unless you are a cheater and liar.

Cons

They change your resume to match what the employer is looking for. So, you are set up for failure, unless you enjoy keeping up with the charade, and hoping the company doesn’t find out you don’t know what you are doing.
